He has previously worked as a Senior Consultant at IBM, supporting over 20 UK and international companies with their employee engagement and talent development strategy. Pavel holds an MSc degree in Organisational & Social Psychology from the London School of Economics and an ICF-accredited diploma in Transformational Coaching.
