Cookie Policy

Last updated: 17th of July 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how UPSKILLHUBS LIMITED, trading as Uhubs (“Uhubs”, “we”, “our” or “us”), uses cookies and similar storage and access technologies on www.uhubs.ai and related web pages (the “Website”).

It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data more generally.

UPSKILLHUBS LIMITED is registered in England and Wales under company number 11869565. Registered office: 4th Floor, Silverstream House, 45 Fitzroy Street, London, W1T 6EB, United Kingdom.

Questions about this Cookie Policy can be sent to privacy@uhubs.ai.

1. What are cookies and similar technologies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the website to recognise your device and store information about your visit.

This policy also covers similar storage and access technologies, including tracking pixels and web beacons (small images or scripts that record when a page is viewed), local storage and session storage in your browser, and tags and scripts loaded by third-party services.

UK law, specifically the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR) read together with the UK GDPR, requires us to give you clear information about these technologies and to obtain your consent before using any that are not strictly necessary.

2. How we obtain and manage your consent

When you first visit the Website, a cookie banner asks whether you accept or reject non-essential cookies. “Accept all” and “Reject all” are presented with equal prominence.

Non-essential cookies and tracking technologies are not placed until you give consent. If you click “Reject all”, only strictly necessary cookies are used. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the Website footer; withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of any use before withdrawal.

You can also control cookies through your browser settings (see Section 6).

3. Categories of cookies we use

3.1 Strictly necessary

These are required for the Website to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. They are usually set in response to actions you take, such as submitting a form or setting cookie preferences. They do not require consent, but you can block them in your browser; parts of the Website may then not work.

Examples of purposes: website hosting and delivery, form submission, security, load balancing, and remembering your cookie consent choices.

3.2 Analytics and performance

These help us understand how visitors use the Website, for example which pages are visited most and how visitors move through the site, so we can improve it. Analytics cookies are only set with your consent, or, where a specific analytics technology qualifies for the statistical purposes exception under PECR, we will inform you and provide a simple, free way to object via Cookie settings.

3.3 Marketing and advertising

These are set by our advertising partners to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns, build audiences, and show you relevant Uhubs advertising on other platforms. They may track your browsing across websites. Marketing and advertising cookies are only ever set with your prior consent.

4. Cookies and technologies currently in use

The technologies below are used on the Website. This list is reviewed and updated whenever technologies are added or removed.

Our website is built and hosted on Webflow. Webflow does not itself set cookies on customer-hosted sites; any cookies present result from tools we have added, which are listed above.

5. Third parties and data sharing

Where third-party providers set cookies or pixels through our Website with your consent, those providers may use the information they collect in accordance with their own privacy and cookie policies, linked above. Marketing pixels such as the LinkedIn Insight Tag involve the transfer of data (such as your IP address, device information and page interactions) to the relevant provider, which may process it outside the United Kingdom.

We do not sell personal data collected through cookies.

6. Managing cookies in your browser

Most browsers let you view, block and delete cookies through their settings. Instructions are available in the help section of your browser. Blocking all cookies may affect how the Website functions.

Browser settings alone are not how we determine your consent: non-essential cookies remain blocked until you actively accept them via the banner or Cookie settings.

7. Changes to this Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy when the cookies or technologies we use change, or when legal requirements change. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised date. The list in Section 4 is reviewed and updated whenever new technologies are added to or removed from the Website.
