Have led successful employee engagement campaigns, designed employee engagement strategies and wellbeing and diversity programs.

In 2020, she founded Career Invest, a fast-growing personal brand and career empowerment agency to help early- mid-career professionals become sought after brands in their industry through bespoke personal brand coaching and soft skill training.
