The BLC Group is the umbrella company for a number of businesses Byron owns, runs or has a financial interest in, including: a construction Recruitment company, property development, a luxury chauffeuring company, an events company providing personal development workshops, a home delivery service specializing in afro-Caribbean produce to name a few.

Byron's journey through an array of different businesses, past & present, have enabled him to specialize in advice for businesses & individuals. He spends much of his time as a business consultant offering Business Development, Mentoring & Recruitment Services.

Byron thrives on transforming businesses & lives. As a result he mentors entrepreneurs who own & run their own business. He also currently works with Greenwich University as a mentor & Harris Academy as a governor.
